Initiating Returns
Submit a request via email with your order reference. Approved requests will receive our return procedure.
Return Shipment
Use a secured, trackable method. Please retain proof of return until refund is confirmed.
Inspection & Financial Resolution
Once received, items are inspected and refunds issued (less original shipping costs) within 7–12 business days if approved.
Exchanges
Exchanging for alternate items is possible when stock permits—contact us before returning.
Defective or Damaged Goods
Report flaws or damages with images promptly. We will coordinate a replacement or refund without additional charges.
Gift Return Policy
Returns for gifts, in sellable condition, qualify for a store credit voucher via email.
